A Thursday morning traffic accident happened on US Highway 75 near Glenpool. Officials say about 4:45 AM Thursday, a car ran off the road and ended up hitting a tree.

It took about 45 minutes to get the driver out of the wrecked car. He was transported to a local hospital by helicopter.

His name and condition is not known.
