ANADARKO, Okla. (AP) -- Former District Attorney Tony Burns is jailed in Caddo County after being arrested for felony drunk driving.

Authorities say Burns was free on a DUI charge when he was arrested Friday near Gracemont after the sheriff's office received reports of a car driving erratically. Current prosecutor Gene Christian says he's filing a second felony DUI charge Monday and a misdemeanor charge of transporting an open container.

Burns is a former prosecutor for Caddo, Grady, Stephens and Jefferson counties.
