Just after nine Monday night, officers arrived near 31st and Garnett to find a man with a gunshot wound to his leg.

Tulsa Police say a friend brought him there after an altercation with another person at a nearby apartment complex. That's about all officers to go on right now.

Tulsa Police officer Sgt Tim Brackin: "we've got no witnesses over at the Bradford Park Apartments that want to cooperate and tell us what happened. All we have over there is evidence a shooting did occur at that location, but we don't have any suspect information what so ever."

The victim was taken to the hospital. At last word he was in serious condition.
