More bad news for a high end grocery store with an uncertain future in Tulsa.

The owners of "The Market" at KingsPointe Village Shopping Center near 61st and Yale have filed for bankruptcy.

The company sent the News on 6 a statement recently saying its business took a financial hit when nearby Citgo reduced its corporate workforce.

The landlords are trying to evict The Market and get another tenant. In the meantime, the store is still open.
