MOORE, Okla. (AP) -- A Moore man was arrested Thursday for three fires set inside a Wal-Mart Monday night.

Deputy Fire Chief Gary Bird says police arrested Kevin Eugene Watts for first-degree arson and endangerment.

Bird says Watts was identified as a suspect by investigators who watched the store's surveillance videos. Bird says Watts has confessed, but offered no motive for the crime.

The fires began about 6:30 Monday evening and forced about 300 customers to leave the store. Store employees put out the fires before firefighters arrived and the store reopened about 3 AM Tuesday.
