A Tulsa man continues to recover after he was shot while vacuuming his car. 21 year old Joseph Isaacs and his girlfriend were at this car wash when a man walked up with a gun and told Isaacs to hand over his wallet.
Isaacs started to do just that, but was shot as he pulled it out of his pocket. His girlfriend still can't believe it happened. Lisa Arrington: "I sat in that room alone waiting for someone to talk to me and I realized I was in a dream and I wasn't waking up. How could someone do that, so heartless and cold and when I looked in his eyes, he just had a blank look. He knew what he did and he didn't care that he shot him."
The suspect is identified as Keondre Sanders. He and 2 friends were arrested shortly after the shooting.
Tulsa Police officers say Isaacs didn't know Sanders and had done nothing to provoke the robbery or shooting.
They say Sanders' had just been released from prison in September after serving time for armed robbery.
