HUGO, Okla. (AP) -- A Hugo man who was shot in what police say was a drive-by shooting has died.

Investigators say Reginald Mitchell died yesterday at a Tulsa hospital after being shot in the chest and head Tuesday night. Police say Mitchell was outside the home of a friend when a car drove by and several shots were fired.

Hugo police say they have no suspects and they're asking the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation for help with the case.
