MIAMI, Okla. (AP) -- A Miami man is accused of selling sexual performance drugs without a license.

Victor Maybray junior faces two felony charges of practicing medicine without a license for allegedly selling Viagra to a drug company's private investigator last June. He's also accused of selling Viagra, Cialis and Levitra to an Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics undercover agent in December.

Court documents say Viagra, Cialis and Levitra were found during a raid at Maybray's home in December.

Prosecutors say Maybray is expected to surrender himself at the Ottawa County Sheriff's Department. He faces a fine of between $1,000 and $5,000 if convicted
