Tulsa Police say the semi driver was driving on the Broken Arrow Expressway near Garnett, when the pickup left the shoulder and ran into him.

A wrecker driver spotted the suspect near 21st & Memorial. Tulsa Police caught him a short time later.

He now faces a charge of driving with a suspended license.
