A man is fighting for his life after wrecking his car early Wednesday morning on the Sand Springs Expressway.

Investigators say slick roads and fast driving may be to blame for the one-car accident. Authorities say the driver was going a high rate of speed, and then left the roadway. His car flipped, and eventually landed in a residential area on its top.

The driver was transported to a local hospital. At last word, he was in critical condition.
