OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ An Oklahoma City man is going to prison for ten years for a drunken driving crash that killed three people, including a 2-year-old.

Harold Don McCarty was convicted of first-degree manslaughter for the October 2003 deaths of 2-year-old Omar Delgado, Prsicilla Silva and Humberto Garcia.

Authorities say McCarty was drunk when he ran a red light in southeastern Oklahoma City and crashed into the car carrying the three victims. He was sentenced as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors.
