Tulsa Police responded to a call shortly after 1 AM Tuesday at about 21st and Memorial.

They say it's become common practice for a large number of people to be dropped off, then vehicles stolen. Officers did stop one car reported stolen overnight, landing the two juveniles inside in jail.

The investigation continues.
