There is new insight into what may have caused last week's deadly plant explosion in Muskogee.

An "industrial accident specialist" now says "unburned diesel fuel", used to power a furnace, may have sparked the explosion at the Yaffe scrap metal plant.

The explosion killed two workers and injured two others.
