A Thursday morning rush hour traffic accident caused quite a problem on Tulsaâ€™s inner dispersal loop. It happened around 8 AM.

Tulsa Police say the driver of a gravel truck started to get off US Highway 75 at the BA exit when he suddenly changed his mind. The trailer hit the guardrail and tipped over and that created quite a mess.

The driver was taken to the hospital for observation, but is expected to be okay.
