CHICKASHA, Okla. (AP) -- Chickasha police say a school bus driver who ran over a seven-year-old boy earlier this week will be cited.
Police say 72-year-old John Anderson will be given tickets for failure to devote full attention to the roadway and for not wearing corrective lenses.
School officials say Anderson didn't drive on the last day of school yesterday but he wasn't suspended.
Officials say Cijuan Conway suffered a fractured pelvis, fractured left wrist and fractured left ankle and was hospitalized in stable condition.
Doctors say he should recover but faces lengthy rehabilitation.
