Tulsa prosecutors will seek the death penalty for two men accused of murdering family members of gang rivals.

Robert Fellows[pictured] and Phillip Summers face two counts of first-degree murder for the shooting deaths of Shelly and Ples Vann Junior. Police identified Fellows and Summers as members of the Hoover Crips. That gang has a long-running rivalry with the Neighborhood Crips.

The Vann's sons were members of a rival gang. The couple was found shot to death in their own home.
