Two Cushing parents are getting condolence cards from friends of their 18-year-old daughter Lisa Ray.
Lisa died Monday, when her car flipped over on the highway. Her mother who was riding with her was unharmed. It wasn't uncommon to see Lisa driving her parents around. They both have cerebral palsy. Lisa also helped out at school assisting students with special needs.
Lisa’s teacher Cathy Smith: "she loved everybody. She was great with the kids. She had a great understanding of the kids with special needs and she had a lot of friends."
A fund has been set up to help the Ray family at the Bank of Cushing, PO Box 951, Cushing, Oklahoma 74023.
