A state multi-county grand jury is scheduled to meet today to hear a case involving a Tulsa man's death.
The grand jury will decide whether there's enough evidence to bring a suspect to trial. That suspect is a bouncer, who allegedly killed Scott Bolton outside a downtown Tulsa nightclub.
Surveillance video shows the incident. Tulsa Police say five men followed Bolton and his friend from a club. Investigators say Bolton fell after he was hit and died days later.
Detectives served search warrants at several downtown clubs looking for evidence.
Prosecutors are having a hard time getting witnesses to cooperate.
