Tulsa state Representative Lucky Lamons wants to make it a felony in Oklahoma to intentionally cause an unnecessary Amber Alert.

This comes after two false alerts were issued in Oklahoma in about a month's time.

29-year-old Lisa Miller was charged last week with three misdemeanors. Tulsa Police say she falsely reported her baby was abducted in her stolen van last month.

Another false alert was issued in Oklahoma City for a 17-year-old girl who was reported to be abducted.
