There is word that another Oklahoma soldier has been killed in the line of duty in Iraq.

23-year-old Sergeant Carl Lee of Oklahoma City died Sunday when his unit was ambushed in Ramadi. His family talked with our sister station, KWTV, in Oklahoma City Monday evening.

They say Carl loved the military but was fearful of going to Iraq. And they say he had a feeling he wouldn't come back home.

Carl’s brother Rusty McMurtrey: "he said he'd rather be anywhere but Iraq but he said it was his job. He said if he didn't do it somebody else was going to die for him and he didn't want that."

Carl last returned to Oklahoma last Christmas.
