A Tulsa woman has been charged with three misdemeanors in a case that prompted a false Amber Alert.

More than 60 officers mobilized for a massive manhunt for the son of 29-year-old Lisa Miller. On October 6th, Miller told police her son was inside her van when it was stolen from a north Tulsa Albertsons.

She had parked in front of the grocery store entrance rather than a parking space. She took two children inside with her and left the keys in her unlocked van. She went outside and found her van gone.

Police say Miller later told them she claimed her 2 month old child was in the van to add urgency to the auto-theft investigation.

The child was actually in Topeka, Kansas with relatives.
