A fatal traffic accident in Tulsa late Thursday night. Tulsa Police had to shut down part of the Broken Arrow Expressway for about an hour because of a fatal accident.

Witnesses say a motorcycle driver was driving erratically when he hit a guardrail. He was thrown from the expressway onto 15th Street below.

The man was rushed to the hospital, but died a short time later. His name has not been released.
