A Creek County judge has ruled jurors can hear statements accused murderer Scott Eizember gave to Texas and Oklahoma authorities just hours after his arrest.

Prosecutors say Eizember's statements detail the deaths of Depew couple, AJ and Patsy Cantrell. They say his comments about the shooting of his ex-girlfriend's son are some of the best evidence they have in the case.

Law enforcement officers say they took great care to give Eizember his right to remain silent and to have an attorney before he waived those rights.

A Canadian County jury will hear those statements and all the evidence when Eizember goes to trial February 7th in El Reno.
