A preliminary hearing resumes for a man accused of killing an 18-year-old football player at East Central University.

Amman Reich[pictured] of Konawa is charged with first-degree murder and assault and battery with a deadly weapon. Reich is accused of the September 19th hit and run death of Jospeh Tusan of Texas. Ten others were injured.

Officials are still looking to see if the case is a possible hate crime. Reich is white and Tusan black. Investigators say the accident followed some racially charged confrontations between students.
