A court hearing will be held today in Wagoner County. At issue are claims of election irregularities filed by a losing candidate in the race for count sheriff.

Pat Masker says one of the ballot boxes in last week's election arrived at the election board office with a broken seal.

Masker lost the sheriff's race to under sheriff Johnny Cannon by 299 votes.
