OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ An administrative law judge is recommending approval of an Oklahoma Gas and Electric rate hike to pay for security upgrades.
The proposal now goes to the state Corporation Commission for consideration.
OG&E says the average residential customer would pay an additional 37 cents per month, allowing the utility to recover about $19-million.
The money will be used to pay for fencing, internal and external access controls, physical security at power plants and cyber-security.
