A Jay school district bus driver accused sexually abusing students has been fired. 28-year-old William Stroud was fired during a special school board meeting Monday night.

He's charged with raping a female student and fondling another, but school officials say their decision was not based on the criminal charges alone.

Witness also testified that Stroud used inappropriate language on school grounds, passed out pornographic pictures and slapped female students on the backside.
