A Hulbert woman's murder-for-hire trial in federal court is over. Earlier this month, the News on 6 told you about Kate Robertson.
The FBI says she and her lover tried to hire a hit man to kill her husband Brett Robertson. The trial ended Tuesday afternoon and the jury found her guilty. The judge dismissed four of the five counts against her, but she's still guilty of conspiracy to hire a hit man.
The man she had the affair with, Hugh Means, from Tahlequah, already pleaded guilty and testified against her.
Her husband does not believe his wife had anything to do with trying to have him killed.
