The average price for self-serve regular in Tulsa is $1.74 per gallon. That compares to the highest price in the country which is $2.40 per gallon in San Diego.

The nationwide average for a gallon of self-serve regular is down three cents. Experts say the drop is due to a worldwide increase in the supply of crude oil.
