OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A federal grand jury has indicted a Stillwater man who allegedly tried to board an airplane with a stun gun.
Marzook Saleh al-Shammary is accused of trying to get on a plane at Will Rogers World Airport with the weapon last year.
US Attorney Robert McCampbell says the law bars an individual from boarding an airplane with a weapon that is accessible during flight.
If convicted, Al-Shammary could face up to ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
