A bomb threat at Tulsa’s Central High School forced administrators into evacuating the students Friday morning.
Tulsa Police say the call came in a little after 8 AM. The caller said they were going to blow up the building at 9:45 AM. School officials didn't take any chances and followed standard procedure.
Central High principal Jean Keeton: "We go into the teachers classrooms. We alert the teachers that we need to look for something that might not be the usual backpack or whatever and after that we evacuate, then we do a spot check and evacuate the building."
Tulsa Police and teachers didn't find anything and students went back to class. Friday’s scare was the second bomb threat at the school in as many weeks.
