A Creek Nation administrator is under arrest and on her way to face embezzlement charges in South Dakota.

Federal authorities arrested Victoria Lee on Tuesday night in Okmulgee. She had been working with the Creek National Health System for the past six months. Sources say Lee may have conspired with two others to swindle a half-million dollars from her former employers in South Dakota.

All three have pleaded not guilty and are out on bond.
