Tulsa Police say excessive speed and alcohol may have played a role in the two vehicle accident late Tuesday night.

Two cars rolled, shutting down the Broken Arrow Expressway at US Highway 169 for about an hour and a half. Crews had to extricate several people from the vehicles.

Four people in all were hospitalized. Three are said to be fair. One person is in serious condition.
