There are new developments about the possible sale of the Boeing plant in Tulsa and McAlester.

The British aerospace firm GKN says it's one of four companies, currently in talks with Boeing, about purchasing plants in Tulsa, McAlester and Wichita.

GKN bought a Boeing plant in Missouri three years ago. But no decision on any sale is expected until the end of the year.

Boeing has about 1,000 employees in Tulsa and about 200 in McAlester.
