PAWNEE, Okla. (AP) _ A Wynona man has died after being in a single vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon in Pawnee County.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 22-year-old Douglas Leroy Burrows suffered massive injuries and was pronounced dead at about 5:15 Tuesday evening after being flown to OU Medical Center.

Troopers say the driver of the vehicle Burrow was riding in was traveling at a high rate of speed on Oklahoma 15 when the vehicle ran off the road at about 1 PM.

The vehicle went into a broad slide, traveled across the road and went through a fence before rolling 2 and three-quarters times. Burrows and the driver were ejected from the vehicle.

They were not wearing their seat belts.

Two other people in the vehicle also were injured.
