The Tulsa Zoo has been selected as a finalist in Microsoft's America's Favorite Zoo contest.

A panel of judges chose 15 finalists last week out of fifty entrants because of a penguin dressed up like Bill Gates. Along with bragging rights, the winning zoo will also get $25,000.

Tulsa mayorâ€™s aide Karen Keith: "Think about us having the recognition as one of the best zoos in the country. We want that recognition; it's a great marketing tool. And, we know as Tulsans and people in Northeast Oklahoma that we have a fabulous zoo."
