ENID, Okla. (AP) _ Enid police are continuing their investigation into a counterfeit operation uncovered earlier this week after a man passed a phony $50 bill at a local business.
Two men were arrested early Wednesday morning after a second attempt to spend a fake bill at Walgreens Drug Store in Enid.
Robert Kelly and Michael Schoonover remain jailed tonight on $25,000 bond. Charges aren't expected to be filed until Monday while police continue their investigation.
Enid police Lieutenant Dean Grassino says police suspect at least one other person is involved in the counterfeiting operation.
Grassino says a detective is searching a desktop computer and the hard drives from two laptop computers seized from the garage where Schoonover worked.
