An arrest in a shooting in Owasso.

Police officers were called to an Owasso apartment complex shortly before midnight. They say two men were fighting over a current or ex-girlfriend.

One man pulled a gun and shot the other man as he sat in his truck. He staggered in the parking lot, and collapsed.

The victim is at an area hospital. There is not an update on his condition. The woman was not hurt.

The suspect ran away, but turned himself in to Owasso Police hours later. The weapon has been recovered.
