DENVER (AP) _ Oklahoma native Matt Holliday is having a good run this month. The Colorado Rockies outfielder is leading the majors with 102 hits.

Holliday walked twice and had two hits including his 12th homer of the season in Monday's 7-to-4 loss to the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.

Holliday is from Stillwater and is the son of former Oklahoma State baseball coach Tom Holliday. Tom Holliday is now pitching coach at Texas.
