LEEDS, United Kingdom (AP) _ Oklahoma State golfer Karin Kinnerud has advanced in the Ladies' British Open Amateur Championships in Leeds, United Kingdom.

Kinnerud won twice Thursday by beating Florentyna Parker of England 2-and-1 in 19 holds and Jenna Wilson of Scotland 2-and-1.

Fellow OSU golfer Amanda Johnson won her first match Thursday but lost the second and Cowgirl Pernilla Lindberg lost her first match.
