OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A January 14th trial date has been set for two brothers charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of a sleeping 10-year-old boy.

Lamond Jemarr Simpkins and Ulyses Charles Simpkins are accused of firing several shots into the window of a home in northwest Oklahoma City in March 2006.

Police say the two were looking for a rival gang member but their shots hit and killed fifth-grader Mack McCray instead.
