MELBOURNE, Australia (Dow Jones/AP) _ Australia's Macquarie Media Group says it is buying an Oklahoma newspaper.

The company announced Tuesday it will purchase all the publishing assets of the Grove Sun Newspaper Company which produces four local newspapers.

Macquarie says it will also buy Superior Publishing Company which has 19 local newspapers mainly in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
