Three men are questioned and released after neighbors say they stole an air conditioner unit overnight. Tulsa Police were called around 1 a.m. to a westside neighborhood. Police officers found the men carrying an entire air conditioning unit. The unit came from a nearby abandoned house.
Tulsa Police say the three put the unit down in the middle of the street near 41st Street and 31st West Avenue. Police officers talked with the men, but did not arrest them.
Police say charges could be filed once police officers talk to the owner of the home where the unit was taken.
