Prosecutors in Tulsa have filed first-degree murder charges against three men in the beating death of a homeless man inside a vacant Tulsa apartment. Dusty McGee, his brother Leslie McGee and Patrick Pflueger are accused of killing 62-year-old John Seeley.

The McGees are in custody while Tulsa Police are still looking for 20-year-old Patrick Pflueger. Tulsa Police have released a picture of Pflueger and are asking for help in finding him.

Detectives say the McGees told police officers Seeley had threatened to call police because the three were stealing copper from the abandoned apartment near 7th and Lewis.
