Funeral Held For Girl Killed In Auto-Pedestrian Accident

A 6-year-old girl who was killed by a distracted driver was laid to rest Monday. Jessalyn Sanders was killed instantly when she was hit by a pickup truck in her neighborhood last Wednesday.
The driver told Tulsa Police he answered his cell phone before the collision, and did not see the girl until it was too late.
Services for Jessalyn were held Monday at Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow.
