FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) -- Arkansas' baseball team enters the NCAA tournament ranked seventh overall.
Regional play starts Friday, with the Razorbacks hosting hosting Creighton, Oklahoma State and Albany.
The Fayetteville Regional begins with Missouri Valley Conference tournament champion Creighton taking on OSU. The Bluejays are the second seed in the Fayetteville Regional, and finished second to Wichita State in the Missouri Valley Conference regular season.
Third-seeded OSU is hoping to shake a six-game slump, but the Cowboys have performed well in previous tournament play. Last year, OSU eliminated Arkansas with a 6-5 win in the Fayetteville Regional.
OSU is 38-19 while Creighton is 44-14.
After the Creighton-OSU game, Arkansas will take on fourth-seeded Albany of the America East Conference.
