STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) _ Oklahoma State University and Oral Roberts University both were selected Monday for the 2007 NCAA baseball regional tournament.

Oral Roberts (40-15) will play Arizona (40-15) Friday at Eck Stadium in Wichita, Kan. Host and top-seeded Wichita State (49-19) will face New Orleans (37-24) in the other matchup at the Wichita Regional.

The Golden Eagles won their 10th straight Mid-Continent Conference Championship with a 9-1 win Saturday over Centenary in Macomb, Ill.

The Cowboys (38-19) were awarded a No. 3 seed in the Fayetteville Regional and will play Creighton (44-14) on Friday. Joining the Cowboys in Fayetteville are host and top-seeded Arkansas (41-19) and 4th-seeded Albany.

The Cowboys will be making their second consecutive appearance in an NCAA Regional in Fayetteville. OSU was the No. 1 seed in the 2006 Fayetteville Regional.

``We're excited to be going back to Arkansas,'' head coach Frank Anderson said. ``As always, when you get into the NCAA Tournament, every team is tough, but we have confidence that we have a team that can compete at a high level and give us a chance to win.''

The Oklahoma Sooners (34-24) failed to make the tournament, ending their season with a 7-6 loss to Baylor Saturday in the Big 12 Championship.

The winners of each regional will advance to the super regionals, played June 8-11. The eight winners of the super regionals will play in the College World Series, which starts June 15 in Omaha, Neb.

The Big 12 got six teams in the regionals, with Baylor, Missouri, Nebraska, Texas and Texas A&M joining Oklahoma State.
