A Tulsa family will bury their 2-year-old son Tuesday, after he died last week at a home daycare in Tulsa. The daycare's owner was arrested on a murder complaint. 42-year-old Vicki Chiles is also accused of hitting an 8-year-old boy with a fly swatter in April.

Last week, state authorities went to shut down the Tulsa home daycare because of that child abuse charge. That is when officials found Chiles performing CPR on an unconscious toddler and arrested her.

The Tulsa County District Attorneyâ€™s office says Chiles will appear in court next Tuesday for both charges.

Two-year old Joshua Minton later died in the hospital. His funeral service is Tuesday afternoon.
