OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A bill passed out of the state Senate would mean convicted child molesters will spend at least 25 years in prison.
Senator Todd Lamb says the bill targets people who molest children younger than 12. It's called ``Jessica's Law'' after a 9-year-old Florida girl who was kidnapped and killed in 2005 by a registered sex offender.
The Senate passed the bill on a 45-2 vote and it now goes to the governor.
