TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) -- Emeel Salem hit a tie-breaking, 2-run homer in the 6th inning, sending Alabama to a 9-5 win over Arkansas Sunday.
The Razorbacks lead the SEC West by two games despite the loss. Mississippi State is in second place. Arkansas wraps up the regular season with a three-game home series against Ole Miss starting Thursday night.
Salem's home run gave Alabama a 6-4 lead. He went 4-5 and scored 2 runs. The Crimson Tide took two of three from Arkansas.
